A Long Island nursing home is being sued by the family of 85-year-old Bernice Youngblood after her son showed up for a visit and found a picture of his mother stuffing dollar bills into the underpants of some “male entertainment.”
The woman’s son, who I’ll be referring to as Plaintiff Killjoy from now on, expressed his concern to the East Neck Nursing Center staff over the photo (seen here) — which also showed other residents participating in the festivities — but was allegedly ignored. From the NY Post:
“Plaintiff Bernice Youngblood was placed in apprehension of imminent, offensive, physical harm, as she was confused and bewildered as to why a muscular, almost nude man, was approaching her and placing his body and limbs, over [her],” the suit states.
Her family attorneys, John Ray and Vesselin Mitev, state in the complaint that her son, Franklin Youngblood, found the offensive photograph among her belongings during a January visit.
“Bernice Youngblood has lived 85 years as a traditional Baptist, hard-working, lady . . . And now she has been defiled,” Ray said.
Oh please, Plaintiff Killjoy thinks his mother has been defiled because she interacted with a mostly naked man? It’s actually probably not the first time his mother has seen a naked man in her life. I know it’s not fun to think about, but even moms have sex too. Think about it: This is probably the last time in this poor old lady’s entire life that she’ll get to see a naked man up close — this tool should be giving the nursing home a trophy instead of suing them.
