Last Thursday, officers in Brazil made a drug bust in the southern state of Santa Catarina. When one of alleged drug dealers was forced to lay down, his obedient dog joined him on the ground and did the same. According to the New York Post:
“There was a male dog that was barking when officers burst onto the scene but when it saw its owners obeying the command to lie down, it ran over and laid down as well,” he said.
The dog made a wise choice. Cops have been known to shoot and kill pets, especially during volatile situations like drug busts. However, no harm came to the very, very good doggie pictured above.
