Last Night’s Best Super Bowl Commercial Is Two Minutes Long And Only Aired In Georgia

The commercials that aired during Super Bowl XLVIII were an uninspired bunch — way too much earnestness and FIZZY SUGAR WATER RABBLE-ROUSING; not nearly enough Anna Kendrick or deception and cover-ups and scandals and METAL and sledgehammers. Unless you live in Savannah, Georgia, in which case you were treated to the greatest Super Bowl commercial since “1984.”

According to Deadspin, personal injury lawyer Jamie Casino “bought [an] entire two-minute block of local advertising” during the first local commercial break of the game, treating viewers to the Citizen Kane of lawyer ads. Give this guy a Marvel movie, or at least ask Martin Scorsese to make Casino 2: Casino’s Law.
