I know exactly what’s happening here, but I have no idea why, so let’s talk this out. A large group of Asian woman are in what appears to be a park, playing a game in which one lady with a balloon on her backside bends over, awaiting the thrusting hips of the girl behind her. When the balloon pops, the popper becomes the pop-e, and the cycle begins anew. Circle of life, etc.
