Yes, it’s a little bit of an awkward time to be watching cops having a good time and trying to extend an olive branch to the public in the form of infectious pop music. But this is Delaware. Give them this. The best thing I could say about Delaware is that they had nice rest stops, but now they have this video. And it’s bright, fun, and the best piece of media about Delaware since the state’s cameo in Wayne’s World.
