In the wake of Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez Arevalo’s Miss Universe loss, we suggested that maybe there was something even bigger and better out there for her. If noted porn king Steve Hirsch of Vivid Entertainment has his way however, that “bigger and better” thing might be cashing in a $1 million paycheck for some sexy, onscreen action. Hirsch made his case in surfaced documents that “the only name [in pageants] that most people remember is Vanessa Williams.”
Okay, point. But let’s not forget that Vanessa Williams also had a moderately successful recording artist career in the ’90s. (Okay fine, it was mostly the Penthouse pics.) Hirsch continues:
“Celebrity sex tapes we have distributed have enhanced the careers of stars such as Kim Kardashian, Kendra Wilkinson, Pamela Anderson and many others.”
And Hirsch is willing to give Ariadna wide berth, saying, “You will pick your partners, the type of sex you want to have and how many movies you ultimately appear in.”
I guess he does make a fair point. Without Kim Kardashian’s sex tape, making more than $1 million per minute on an emojis app doesn’t happen. Hirsch tried to sweeten the pot by adding that Vivid would commission “the making of the first Vivid Girl Crown” for Arevalo and that it would be “grander than anything Miss Philippines will ever wear.”
The cool porn hat does sound appealing, but either way we support Miss Arevalo in whatever decision she makes.
