Watch An Entire Plane Full Of Passengers Sing Happy Birthday To A Paralyzed Little Girl

You’re familiar with 80s stand-up comedy routines so I don’t think that I need to tell you all the gripes that people have about air travel, but at the end of the day, it’s just a tube with about 200 of your fellow human persons on it, and while that may sound horrible still, sometimes you can get reminded that 200 people can come together to do something pretty awesome. Case in point: in the above video, passengers on a Southwest Airlines flight can be seen taking a moment away from trying to ignore each other to light up their call buttons and sing happy birthday to a parylized four-year-old-girl.

I know the allure of cynacism, I spend most my time on that island too, but it’s impossible to not have your heart warmed just a little bit when that adorable bespectacled girl smiles thanks to the kindness of strangers.
