National Dog Day was last week, but why end the celebration there? Dogs are the best, so much so that they have actually been known to engage in downright heroic acts that may have even altered the course of history. Sure, they can be silly and we might question their motives sometimes, but when it comes down to brass tacks, dogs are here to look out for us.
If you have a dog, give him or her an extra snack or a round of cuddles. Or take them to a bar. (Or don’t.)
