When I was a kid, my favorite part of my family’s summer trips to Walt Disney World was when my parents would be released from the detaining area after they’d try to run on restaurant checks. My second favorite part, though, came when one of the artists in Frontierland would draw a cartoon caricature of me. It was usually something standard like me as a cowboy or me in a racecar, but I was always as giddy nonetheless.
So when I recently stumbled across the work of 30-year caricature veteran Pete Emslie, it was like I was a kid all over again. Especially when I viewed some of his NSFW drawings. But since we’re a wholesome, family-oriented site, you can just pretend like I never mentioned that. Instead, Emslie’s best work is his collection of drawings of some of Hollywood’s biggest names, including some celebrities that are so old that you can visit your parents at their nursing home just to ask them who they are.
