Last night I saw a dad in full on Ben Wyatt Batman costume accompanying his son who was also dressed as Batman, but more of the animated series variety. The dad made mention that his son wanted him to dress up with him, but I got the feeling he was kind of loving it and made a mental note that — even though the guy wasn’t sobbing — it was the most Parks & Rec inspired thing I saw Halloween 2011. That is until I hit up Tumblr this morning and found that even your mom had reblogged Bemore/Fictionfield’s take on leaving a bowl of candy in front of your door. Talk about inspired work. Bravo.
I was considering not polishing off the handful of leftover Twix and Crunch bars throughout the day but now I have a feeling a little voice inside might be advising me otherwise…
