What Happens If You Try To Redeem A 20-Year-Old Ninja Turtles Pizza Hut Coupon

It’s important to know that in 1990, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles went on a concert tour, beginning with a show at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall, in which each of the turtles played an instrument (Donatello, keyboards; Leonardo, bass; Raphael, drums and sax; Michelangelo, guitar) and Shredder rapped and tried to eliminate all music. One song was called “Pizza Power.” That’s an entire generation’s Zeppelin ’72.

The tour was sponsored by Pizza Hut, which also had a promotional deal in place with the home video release of the 1990 TMNT movie, in the form of a booklet of pizza coupons. The team behind Pause the 90s never removed the plastic from around the tape, though, and decided to see if they could redeem any of the coupons over 20 years after Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was first released. In full douchebag, er, 90s gear.

I think I have a Notting Hill Pets.com coupon somewhere — I wonder if that can still be used?
