When was the last time you saw the YouTube Rewind for 2013? Probably not since December 11, 2013, when we published an article about it. Try watching the clip now. I did, and only vaguely recall about half of what’s going on. Now check out the 2014 YouTube Rewind, which touches on “moments, memes, and people that made 2014,” including “Let It Go,” Last Week Tonight, and the Ice Bucket Challenge. How much of that will you fondly remember a year from now on? Probably very little, except for the kid who got kicked in the head while taking a selfie.
