The woman in the above mugshot, 31-year-old Amie Carter, probably just threw a wrench in a potential career as a Laura Prepon impersonator by freaking out in the middle of traffic naked, masturbating in the street, and climbing onto the roof of an unsuspecting couple’s car, causing around $1,500 in damage. Just another day in sunny Florida! (and Delaware, sometimes!)

Responding to a 911 call about a “reported naked woman climbing on top of cars and walking in traffic,” cops found Carter attempting to mount a vehicle stopped at a traffic light. After officers wrestled an uncooperative Carter out of the roadway, they “secured her in handcuffs and covered her in a blanket.”
Sarah Carlson, a passenger in the Lexus, told police that Carter approached the vehicle and “fondled herself in front of the car” before climbing on the auto. Carter then allegedly “started stomping” on the vehicle’s hood, said Carlson, who added that Carter also threw a cell phone at the car behind the Lexus.
It should come as no surprise that Carter was reportedly under the influence of a some sort of unknown substance and “appeared in an altered mental state, displaying extremely irrational and volatile behavior.” It’s like somebody personally delivered a hand-wrapped gift to Nancy Grace for her #Pot2Blame crusade against the legalization of marijuana.
