Seems Texas Is OK With Women Sneaking Into Houses To Give Sleeping Men Oral Sex

A grand jury has ruled not to indict a woman who snuck into her husband’s friend’s house and tried to have sex with him while he was just trying to get his sleep on. According to The Smoking Gun, Megan Hoelting broke into the man’s home and stripped down to her underwear before she tried to get sexual with him:

Hoelting was arrested following an incident at the home of a man investigators identified by the initials “MDM.” The man told sheriff’s deputies that he “awoke to the feeling of an unknown party on top of him,” adding that he “felt the offender place his penis in her mouth.”

“MDM” said that he recognized the topless woman in his bed as “his friend’s wife.” The man told investigators that he dialed 911 after Hoelting ignored his demands that she leave his property.

That guy must be traumatized. Can you imagine going to bed alone and waking up with someone on top of you? It’s a wonder he gave Hoelting a chance to leave before he called the cops.

The Smoking Gun reports that we’ll never know why Hoelting — who’d been arrested three other times — wasn’t indicted because grand jury deliberations are kept secret. Hoelting was originally charged with “burglarizing with the intent of sexual assault” after admitting to the home invasion, but is now back on the streets. Lock your gates, citizens of Round Rock, Texas.
