While attending the UK premiere of his new movie San Andreas, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson set out to break the world record for the most selfies taken in a three minute time span. After the fun, The Rock dropped his guard to express how his role as struggling search and rescue pilot Ray was his most personal role to date and something he would not have been able to do a decade ago in his career.

When discussing the subject matter of the film, both Johnson and co-star Carla Gugino expressed that San Andreas may be an entertaining action film but their deeper goals were to raise earthquake awareness and support those recently affected by such devastating disasters.
