Bobby Jindal’s #AskBobby Twitter Q&A Turned Into An Absurd Disaster

These past few days should be a warning for anybody looking to reach out to the mass of the Internet and attempt to pull back something of substance. It won’t happen, especially if it’s on Twitter. E.L. James found this out during her Q&A, and now Bobby Jindal — a candidate for president, mind you — has made the same mistake. Or at least someone in Jindal’s campaign did and will not have a job in the near future.

Now, what makes Jindal’s Twitter mistake so special is the great lengths that people went to make a complete mockery of the entire effort. Some opted to go for the straight forward, brutal honesty you’ll see here:

Then, many decided to (somewhat questionably) just make fun of Jindal for his somewhat odd choice of official portrait:

But the brightest of the bunch just decided to use the platform as an open door into the ridiculous. A comic maelstrom that plopped a propeller hat on its head and spun away on its ass:
