Are you feeling down today? Do you have a case of the frowns? If so, let this ridiculously cute baby kangaroo named Doodlebug brighten your dreary Thursday.
Tim Beshara, who is an Australian media adviser, tweeted the photo of the furry little guy on Tuesday. The pic was sent to him by his mother, Gillian, who is a wildlife caretaker.
In an interview about how Doodlebug came to be an orphan, Beshara told the Daily Mail: “He may have fallen out of his mother’s pouch or his mother may have died. He was a couple of months old when he was passed onto my mother’s wildlife company WIRES.”
When asked about the furry little fella’s love affair with stuffed animals, Beshara said, “They seem to respond to the toys much in the same way as a toddler. They treat it as a companion.”
Doodlebug has healed well since he was found, and is already happily hopping around the forest.
