This Guy Had An Engaging Twitter Chat With The Police Surrounding His Home

Thankfully, most of us have never had to deal with an entire police force showing up at our homes just wanting to have a chat real casual-like, but what would the average person do in this situation? Just resign yourself to your fate and come out on your own free will, or even maybe try to sneak out the back and run like hell? (Which would probably be ill-advised.)

Late Saturday night, a guy with the handle @TristenVahedian who went by “Persian Whiteboy” on Twitter (his account has since been deleted) was faced with just such a dilemma, and he went for an equally ill-advised third option, and decided to tweet about it — which has since gone viral. Unfortunately for him, the Frisco Texas Police Department was monitoring his Twitter feed and responded to him. You know you’re screwed when “the police” are following you on social media.

Realizing his oh sh*t moment, Vahedian quickly tweeted an update:

Either his ruse worked or cops didn’t need to have that long of a conversation with him because, the following morning, he tweeted this update, which may or may not have been related to the previous evening’s drama:

Truer words, my friends. Truer words.
