Much in the same way Jaws made people scared to traverse the ocean’s waters and Psycho made people wary of staying in roadside motels run by insane murderers, Ghoulies caused me fear-imbued trips to the toilet as a child. After seeing this video, my nightmares have become a reality, and I have to — once again — resort to wearing diapers.
The video comes courtesy of LiveLeak, and the creature in question is apparently an African millipede, which are not carnivorous in nature, but — when discovered in your toilet — they are endowed with the ability to scare the living sh*t out of you.
Look at its wandering head, it’s tiny cilia-like legs waving for you to place your hindquarters above its abode. It wants you to sit down. It wants to terrorize your sleep patterns. Damn you, arthropod. Damn you and your jump-scare tactics.
