In a scene straight out of my own worst nightmares, hundreds of angry bees were accidentally released into a subway station in China. It all transpired when a man was stopped at a security checkpoint after being seen carrying an unsecured microwave box.

Once inspected, security found a beehive inside and the man was immediately detained. He quickly defended himself, stating that he was carrying the hive for “a business transaction” and to further prove its safety, he up and kicked the damn thing!

Guess what happened next….

That’s right, an angry horde of bees ended up stinging a bunch of innocent people waiting for the subway! To thwart the threat, authorities donned protective mosquito nets and spent hours containing the issue with electric mosquito swatters and pesticide.

Multiple bee stings were reported and after the ordeal was over, the man was released on the agreement that he would compensate the victims.
