Archie-Hatin' Moms Freaking Out Over DC and Marvel Gayness Now

The last time we mentioned (Way Less Than) One Million Moms, they were whining about having to explain Kevin Keller getting married in Toys R’ Us.

How’d that work out for them? “Life With Archie” #16 sold out, much to the joy and shock of Archie Comics.

So Marvel and DC are probably overjoyed that (Way Less Than) One Million Moms is now soiling their granny panties in fear over Northstar’s impending nuptials and DC making a “prominent” character gay:

“Children do not know what straight, homosexual, or coming out of the closet even means, but DC Comics and Marvel are using superheroes to confuse them on this topic to raise questions and awareness of an alternative lifestyle choice. These companies are prompting a premature discussion on sexual orientation.”

We would have thought that whole “struggling against genocide” theme that has overwhelmed the X-Books since “House of M” would be of slightly more concern to parents of young children, but what do we know.

We also like how it’s the job of two major publishing companies to protect these moms from having any sort of awkward conversation. You know, because they gave birth, the world now revolves around them and their needs, and kids ALWAYS wait until you’re ready to ask potentially awkward questions!
