Meet The Artist Who’s Hilariously Putting His Own Face Over Local Real Estate Agents’ Bench Ads

Minneapolis-based artist Phil Jones has a lot of respect for anyone willing to put their face on a bus stop bench. So much respect, in fact, that he’s been paying homage to them in his own weird way.

Jones has spent the last month recreating the bench ads of his favorite local real estate agents: dressing, styling, and — once his transformation is complete — photographing himself in their likeness. After each photo shoot is done, he then tapes his own face over the existing ads and photographs the results for a series called “Faces of Real Estate.”
