A$AP Ferg Putting In “Work” Live at SXSW

A$AP Mob’s Lord$ Never Worry mixtape came and went last fall, never really deterring anyone from the bigger prize to be released in January, which was A$AP Rocky’s Long.Live.A$AP. Sure, there were a few hardcore fans who saw past the huge singles in “Bath Salts” and “Persian White.” But with their help and Ferg’s emerging presence apart from Rocky, Ferg’s solo “Work” has steadily gained steam as a catchy-as-hell trap track.

While at SXSW – putting in work, of course – Ferg donned a “Free Keef” t-shirt and performed the track for all the mobbing hipsters in tow. Watch the clip below, and then take in the fact that the message of Ferg’s shirt has been answered, with Keef’s being released from the Cook County Juvenile Justice Center after serving his 60-day sentence for violating his parole.
