We love highlighting the art shows at Gallery 1988 because it gives us an excuse to post funny pop culture pictures while pretending to be worldly art aficionados. Gallery 1988 is now hosting their seventh annual Crazy 4 Cult show, which highlights over 125 artists creating works based on beloved movies like The Big Lebowski, Back To The Future, The Princess Bride, Ghostbusters, and more.
Some of our favorites among the almost 200 works in Crazy 4 Cult 7 are collected below. Many of these are still available for sale at the link above each photo. If you want to see these masterpieces in person, the show runs from noon to 7 PM everyday until December 21st at Gallery 1988’s pop-up store at 355A Bowery in New York City.
