It started two days ago when Redditor colbertnational posted the picture above of a winking dog. This adorable Sheltie (or possibly Collie) quickly prompted more image macros. Usually, his knowing wink and “Gotcha” look indicate he understands the secret meaning you intended when you gave him a simple order. It’s merely a coincidence that this secret meaning is the opposite of what you said and is what the Implying Dog was planning to do all along. But then he winks and we forgive him for playing “hump the houseguests” again. Oh, Implying Dog, we can’t stay mad at you.
