On ‘Blue Caprice,’ The Story Of The Beltway Snipers And Remembering The Paranoia

Friend of the family, Spizzy aka “The Black Hugh Hefner,” brought to our attention the trailer for the movie Blue Caprice. The film details, in rather explicit visual accounts, the reign of terror John Allen Muhammad and Lee Boyd Malvo held over Washington DC and the surrounding areas during their now infamous and legendary sniper attacks that left 10 dead and one wounded.

In the time since, Malvo has been sentenced to life in prison and apologized repeatedly for his acts. Muhammad was placed on death row and received the lethal injection in November 2009. During the same span, The Crew’s own Whitt and Tinsley have picked up the pieces the terror inflicted but have never truly forgotten the climate. Here, the two give their own account of what life was like then and in some ways continues to affect them now 11 years later.

Afterwards, be sure to view the trailer, which, if nothing else, is sure to cause some sort of emotional and/or nostalgic reaction.
