If the thought of driving off of an elevated highway frightens you, maybe public transit is your best bet. Sure, the route won’t be nearly as direct, but you don’t have to drive, and there’s enough space around you on the bus to protect yourself from harm. All you have to do is indicate your stop, walk off the bus, and… OMG WHY IS IT SO DARK!?
That’s probably what the two South Korean bus passengers in the video above thought after disappearing into a sinkhole. According to The Telegraph, they fell 10 feet into a gaping, blackened doorway in the planet’s nether regions. Luckily, they escaped with only minor injuries, but there’s a good chance their fall inadvertently opened a portal to hell.
