The fashionable first lady’s Narciso Rodriguez wool crepe number sent the internet scouring everywhere to find it. Unfortunately, they were all left empty-handed. The sleeveless dress, which went on sale for $628 at Neiman Marcus, was sold out by the end of President Barack Obama’s speech. However, fashionistas can try their hand on eBay.
A seller, coincidentally from D.C., is selling a size 6 version of the dress with the starting bid at a crazy $1,500. Seller “twinss7331” advertises the hot ticket item as being “unworn” and “brand new with tags.” Unfortunately, the seller disregards the internet’s “pics or didn’t happen” rule and doesn’t post any pictures of the actual dress, so buyer beware.
