I can only imagine that Dick Cheney must have heard about how YouTube user “PewTiePie” is pulling in four million bucks a year playing video games on YouTube and he wants a piece of that pie, because your boy Dick is taking YouTube by storm now. Or, you know, it could be that he’s an evil as$hole and he sees YouTube as yet another platform to spread his lies and deceptions. Yeah, that’s probably it.

Reports the Washington Examiner:

Former Vice President Dick Cheney and daughter Liz Cheney, recently a Wyoming Senate Republican candidate, have joined to form “The Alliance for a Strong America,” a grassroots organization built to assail President Obama’s foreign policy.

“Empty threats, meaningless redlines, leading from behind, retreat and ‘engagement’ with rogue regimes have put America on a path of decline,” Dick Cheney said in announcing the new group.

“We are forming the Alliance for a Strong America because we know America’s security depends upon our ability to reverse President Obama’s policies,” added Liz Cheney, who dropped out of her Senate bid against sitting Republican Sen. Mike Enzi.

Seriously, the “Alliance for a Strong America”? They couldn’t come up with a name that doesn’t sound like something straight out of political parody? Jesus.

Anyway, in the event you can’t stomach watching/hearing Dick and Liz Cheney speak, here’s the transcript of the video, via the Examiner…

LIZ CHENEY: I’m Liz Cheney.

VP CHENEY: I’m Dick Cheney. We stand at a critical moment in the life of our nation. The policies of the last six years have left America diminished and weakened. Our enemies no longer fear us. Our allies no longer trust us. Empty threats, meaningless redlines, leading from behind, and “engagement” with rogue regimes, have put America on a path of decline. Threats to America’s security are on the rise. Iran is marching towards a nuclear weapon. Al Qaeda is resurgent, establishing new safe havens across the Middle East, including in Iraq where President Obama withdrew all American forces with no stay behind agreement. He has announced he intends to the same in Afghanistan. Syria has become the most dangerous training ground for Islamic terrorists since the attacks of 9/11. President Obama has repeatedly mislead the American people about the attacks in Benghazi and the true nature of the threat we face.

LIZ CHENEY: We are forming The Alliance for a Strong America because we know America’s security depends upon our ability to reverse President Obama’s policies. We know that America is the exceptional nation and that there is no substitute for American leadership around the world. We know that America’s Armed Forces are the greatest fighting force and the greatest force for good the world has ever known. The Alliance for a Strong America will educate about and advocate for the policies needed to restore American power and pre-eminence. We will provide information to citizens about national security and defense policy, and ensure that these issues are a critical part of America’s national debate and discussion over the next two years and beyond.

VP CHENEY: In March 1983, President Ronald Reagan said, “It is up to us in our time to choose, and choose wisely between the hard but necessary task of preserving peace and freedom, and the temptation to ignore our duty and blindly hope for the best while the enemies of freedom grow stronger day by day.” We hope you will join us today in the hard but necessary task of preserving peace and freedom and restoring American strength and power.

LIZ CHENEY: Join us today at StrongerAmerica.com.

At the very least, let this serve as a reminder that Dick Cheney will probably never die.
