Dunkin’ Donuts Is Honoring The Employee Who Gracefully Endured That Terrible Racist Lady

A few days ago we told you about Taylor Chapman, a nice Florida lady who uploaded a video of herself being mean and ugly and racist to some Dunkin’ Donuts employees because she was not given a receipt. Well it looks as though there may be a silver lining to this dark cloud on humanity.

Specifically, Dunkin’ Donuts is apparently planning to do something nice — as they damn well should — for 18-year-old Abid Adar, the poor guy who had the misfortune of enduring most of Chapman’s anger.

Additionally, a Dunkin’ Donuts spokesperson told Gawker the following in a statement…

We commend the franchisee’s crew member for handling this difficult situation with grace and patience. We believe this is a powerful example of great customer service and the respect our crew members have for our guests. The franchise owner of the restaurant has reached out to the crew member privately to express and demonstrate his personal appreciation.

Let’s hope that act of “personal appreciation” involves a bonus or a raise or both.

In other Taylor Chapman-related news, she once interviewed Ludacris. Also, she takes a decent Instagram selfie for a monster, so there’s that!
