A Michigan man was arraigned last week in the most “No Snitching” case ever.

According to the Detroit Free Press, 54-year-old James Bell allegedly choked and wrestled his son to the ground last month, when Bell confronted the 20-year-old about reporting his secret affair to his mother, Bell’s wife.

After managing to break free, the son ran from house to house, trying to get away from his crazy ass dad. But that’s when Bell allegedly pulled out, what authorities believe, was a .22-caliber handgun and let off five shots at his own son.

The son managed to escape unharmed by hiding between houses before seeking shelter at a neighbor’s home. The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office says the son did not report the alleged crime until last Monday “due to the intense family situation this incident has caused.”

Bell was charged with assault with intent to murder, felonious assault and domestic violence and released on $25,000 bail. He’s ordered back in court March 6.
