Move over, Antoine Dodson. There’s a new local eyewitness news video that’s going viral in this one-man Internet town.
On Monday, an unidentified patrolman with the Jackson Police Department in Jackson, Miss. was in a serious car accident with a van being chased by Jackson State University police. The driver of the van quickly exited the vehicle and ran away, whereas the patrolman suffered a severe head injury. (He’s due for release on Wednesday.)
Ruby Evans, meanwhile, witnessed the entire thing. After giving a statement to the authorities, a local news crew was able to flag her down and ask her about what happened. The fabulous video above is the result.
