Winter has been very unkind to the northeastern United States, but this heartwarming clip of golden retriever puppies swimming for the first time is sure to thaw even the iciest corners of the otherwise frozen east coast.
A mere trip to the pool can be nerve-wracking for novice swimmers. (I remember screaming and holding onto my dad’s shoulders for dear life.) So it’s no surprise these canine pups are more than just a little nervous as they cautiously take literal baby (erm, paw) steps into the water.
