It’s not really uncommon for a big Hollywood star to be used in a PSA-type ads designed to discourage teens from engaging in various risky behaviors, so I suppose it should come as no surprise that Grumpy Cat is now being used to try to deter teens from drinking.
The billboard in the pic about was spotted by a Redditor driving through Elizabeth, Pa. Grumpy Cat is also appearing in ads running in Russia right now as well, which seems totally appropriate.
