Watt says he suffered the injury in the first half of a Week 4 contest against the Buffalo Bills. Not long after, Watt picked off E.J. Manuel and returned the ball in the other direction for a touchdown. As it turns out, the bruise didn’t bother him much at all.
Also, he’s not human.
