Nope, the other Clip Art cover we saw a few days ago wasn’t legit after all.

One day before dropping Magna Carta Holy Grail to Samsung Galaxy owners, Jay unveiled the official album artwork for his platinum album on his Life+Times website on Wednesday. The artistic cover is 180° from the simplistic one we saw a few days ago, which means rappers should rehire their visual art directors because opulence and sophistication is in.

Jay-Z debuted the Magna Carta artwork at The Salisbury Cathedral, home to… wait for it… waaaaait… one of the four original 1215 Magna Carta documents. So that’s how that works! Anyone on a little trip to the cathedral can check out the installation of Hov’s 12th studio offering as the album is currently being displayed and will remain that way until the end of July since it’s just as, if not more important, than the original Magna Carta.
