Just when it seemed things were quieting down for Josh Duggar, who entered rehab in August following his infidelity scandal — which inconveniently broke on the heels of his molestation scandal — the eldest Duggar has found himself in the news once again. Danica Dillon, the 28-year-old porn star who alleges that Duggar paid her $1,500 for “terrifying” rough sex after meeting at a Philadelphia strip club, is now suing him to the tune of $500,000.
Dillon claims that she’s suffered both emotionally and physically, and as a result of the trauma she experienced, she is now being treated by a psychiatrist.
In the suit, Danica says Josh “manhandled” and physically assaulted her so badly she felt like she was being raped. She says Josh found her at a strip club a month later to apologize, but when they were alone he assaulted her again … according to the suit.
It’s unclear how the fact that Dillon was soliciting herself for paid sex, which is illegal in Pennsylvania, will factor into the suit. But either way Duggar will likely have to settle or become embroiled in a long, drawn-out trial that will only further tarnish what’s left of his brand. That’s just one of many, many reasons why you shouldn’t pay porn stars for sex if you’re the star of a family-friendly Christian reality show.
