Donald Trump has suffered yet another loss in the fallout from making racially charged remarks about Mexican immigrants (that he refuses to back down on), and while this one may be minor compared to being dropped by NBC and Macy’s, it is definitely the most hilarious.
A Bedford Park Latin craft brewery, 5 Rabbit Cerveceria, has ended a partnership with Chicago’s Trump Tower restaurant Rebar and will no longer provide the mezzanine-level bar with exclusive beer. Instead, the brewery is distributing the leftover kegs to various Chiacgo-area bars and giving it a fancy new name, “Chinga Tu Pelo,” according to Fortune.
5 Rabbit was started in 2011 by Mexican and Costa Rican nationals and was the first Latin-themed craft brewery in the U.S. The business currently has about 50 kegs of the golden ale it had been brewing for Trump’s facility on hand. The brewer will distribute those to more than 30 Chicago bars without a formal name, but the beer is informally being called “(Expletive) tu Pelo,” (“Tu Pelo” means “your hair” in Spanish. You can probably make the connection.)
