Lego Has Added ‘Jurassic World’ And ‘Avengers’ To Its Stellar Video Game Lineup

The Lego brand has blown up in the last decade, thanks in large part to its fun modernization through video games and CG films. It’s one of the few toys from the older generation that has continued to evolve in many mediums over the years, and now fans of the amazing TT games have something new to be utterly delighted about, as two HUGE franchises are about to be added to the Legoverse: Jurassic World (said to be released around the same time as the new movie), and Lego Avengers (set to coincide with the second movie’s release).

From CVG:

TT Games managing director Tom Stone said: “This year will be the biggest yet for Lego videogames with these incredible titles and several firsts for the series. TT Games are crafting humorous Lego adventures, based on new stories and characters across some of the most well-known and iconic worlds.”

There will also be a third Lego Batman game this year, as well as numerous IOS games. Maybe I am going out on a limb here, but hey, TT games, how about mashing all these up at some point? If I can play as an Avenger running through Hogwarts with a lightsaber while I fight dinosaurs, you may just have the single greatest game never made. Get on that for 2016!
