It seems like more and more now, summer “event TV” is on the rise in a major way. If it’s not Under The Dome, it’s 24: Live Another Day and Heroes Reborn. So, in keeping with the medium’s new founded tradition, Fox has released an all new trailer for its latest event series, the M. Night Shyamalan produced Wayward Pines.
Created by Chad Hodge, Shyamalan directed the pilot episode of the series, which is set to debut May 14th. And, based on the trailer, the series is going to be a real return to form for the filmmaker, who’s had trouble connecting with audiences over the last few years.
