While speaking at Bayliss Park in Iowa yesterday, President Barack Obama was seen conjuring a Hadouken in honor of his favorite Mortal Kombat character, Ryu. (Take that, Street Fighter.) Sadly, that’s only half-true: Obama was at Bayliss Park, but no palms were thrusted forward. But Associated Press photographer Carolyn Kaster did take a magnificent picture of the president with his eyes closed and hands seemingly around the sun, which has resulted in the latest and greatest new meme, Wizard Obama.
