North Miami Mayoral Candidate Anna Pierre Claims She’s Endorsed By Jesus And Is A Victim Of Voodoo, Because Florida

There’s an election going on today in North Miami to determine the mayor. And it’s going just as swimmingly as you’d imagine an election – or anything – in Florida to go. First, there’s Jean Marcellus who got punched in the mouth by his former business partner who didn’t want him to run for mayor. Then there’s Anna Pierre. Jesus wants her to win.

See?

That guy up there is Hey Zeus himself endorsing Anna Pierre for the mayor of North Miami. But Councilman Christ couldn’t stop Haitian vodou in the form of dolls, candles and pills from appearing on her doorstep. “The voodoo stuff, I don’t know who’s doing it, but I’m not afraid,” she said. “It’s just intimidation to … slow me down. But you know what? I’m not going to slow down until the finish line.” You tell them.

But, hey, there’s still Jesus. Did I mention this was Florida?

Also, another tidbit. Pierre recorded a hit song in Haiti in the 90s called “Mete Suk Sou Bonbon” which translates to “put the sugar on my candy.” I don’t think she’s really talking about candy. Would Jesus approve? Guess he does, huh.
