Seriously, President Obama? It’s one thing that you’re already leader of the free world, but now none of us are ever going to be able to live up to what you’ve done on Mother’s Day.
If your mom wasn’t happy with her Teleflora arrangement yesterday, she’s going to be even more upset knowing Obama casually called up a few moms Sunday to say hello and wish them a happy Mother’s Day. The video is pretty sweet and all (it’s getting very dusty in here), but I can’t help but think that Obama knows exactly what he’s doing — ruining it for the rest of us who never grew up to be President of the United States. Between him and The Rock’s moving story about his mom, there’s no way our celebratory dinners at Olive Garden will ever be good enough again.
