Later tonight, the two other Game 1’s tip off. Because playoff basketball normally brings out the animal in most fans, we’re doing it open thread style for Bulls/Heat and Warriors/Spurs. There’s no need to rehash the storylines involving each contest, but feel free to chop it up with us during the game and provide some insight. Or post funny gifs, either one is equally appreciated.
Chips and dip are in the kitchen, as are the red cups. Smoke breaks can be taken outside on the balcony. Tissues can be found on the side tables for all of you who may get misty eyed during the MVP ceremony (myself included). And under every seat is a brown paper bag to breathe into, which may or may not prevent hyper-ventilation when and if Steph Curry begins hitting threes from the Alamo.
Other than that, let’s all enjoy some May basketball.
