In what would probably be the greatest buddy cop movie casting of all time, former walking silicone implant Pamela Anderson and screwball megalomaniac Sheriff Joe Arpaio are teaming up. The reason for this dynamic duo coming together will melt your heart: better nutrition for convicted criminals, according to ABC 15 Phoenix:
Anderson will showcase the first all-vegetarian meal in the nation’s jail system.
“Jails are full of people wanting to change, to make amends, to learn healthier habits and understand compassion and empathy,” Anderson stated.
According to MCSO, eliminating meat has saved taxpayers about $200,000 a year.
“I don’t know why every other jail and prison wouldn’t want to copy what we’ve accomplished here,” Sheriff Arpaio said. “It works on every level: financially for the taxpayer, health-wise for the inmate.”
This program seems to be a win-win for all involved, as the taxpayers save some money and the dregs of society get a healthy meal. All this feel-good news is great, but the best outcome of this story would be the eventual “Skinemax” release of Joe and Pam: HARD JUSTICE.
