There’s a Rack Parkins on every court in America. We all know him. He’s normally quiet and in some cases sports a Sloppy Joe stain on his wife beater. The guy who fails to do anything else on the court well except frustrate the living hell out of the other team’s best player with his one-of-a-kind brand of defense.
