Hey, the vannin’ lifestyle was good enough for Chris Pratt, so why not?
A father of two on craiglist (via io9) in Vancouver is selling this 1978 GMC Vandura custom van with only about 15K miles as it was in storage for 33 of its nearly 37 years. He calls it a “boogie” van and is asking for $9500 Canadian. A “boogie” van? Sure. We certainly don’t have another nickname for this sort of transport.
The incredible paint job was done by G.S. Roy, and the interior is — what else? — diamond quilted red velvet. This sweet van also has a “period correct cassette player and equalizer with power antenna.” Well, that clinches it. We’re heading up to Canada.
