In October of 2013, Brianna Altice, a teacher at Davis High School in Utah was arrested for allegedly having sex with one of her students. Police say Altice carried on a sexual relationship with the 16-year-old between January and September of that year. Then in August of 2014, another student came forward claiming he also had sex with Altice.
The timing is noteworthy here because on Tuesday, Altice was arrested again on new sex abuse charges. According to court documents, the 35-year-old teacher engaged in oral sex with a teen while out on bail for her previous charges.
Court documents state, in this instance, Altice is accused of having sex with the minor on two different occasions as well as oral sex with the teen between Nov. 1, 2013 and Aug. 25 2014.
According to the documents, she also allegedly texted a photo of her “bare breasts” to the teen on June 7, 2014.
All told, Altice faces 14 sex charges including first-degree rape, first-degree forcible sodomy, and second degree forcible sexual abuse. At last count, there are at least three teens involved in the case, one of whom provided police with graphic details about their sexual encounter.
He said it began with kissing between class periods and eventually graduated to sexual intercourse.
When asked to describe his relationship with Brianne Altice, the teenage boy said she was his ‘teacher with benefits.’
Altice is due in court on January 15th for a preliminary hearing.
