‘Due Process? Do Wheelies!’: This Texas Defense Attorney Has Incredible Commercials

“DUE PROCESS? DO WHEELIES!” screams the suit-wearing gentleman on the dirt bike in this commercial, before actually popping a wheeling and riding off out of frame. His name is Brian Wilson, but some may know him as The Law Hawk, Fort Worth’s premiere criminal defense attorney. This beautiful man is the human lawyer equivalent of that Carl’s Jr. burger topped with a hot dog and potato chips, and he’s here to chew bubblegum and get you out of a DUI, only he’s all out of bubblegum. (Also, is that Wee Man in this commercial?!)

At first I thought this was absolutely too good to not be performance art. However Wilson does indeed have a website for his firm, and, according to his profile, he graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law summa cum laude, and was selected by the Fort Worth, Texas, magazine as the top attorney of Tarrant County in 2014.

But enough of that serious stuff, because he also has a blog post on his website titled “5 Things You Should Know When Police Come to Your House” that actually uses screen grabs from Home Alone to illustrate his points.

Here’s an older commercial from back in May that depicts Wilson valiantly defending a group of friends playing a wholesome game of Hungry Hungry Hippos when old man law comes a’ knocking without a warrant. I know who I’d want to defend me in a situation like this, is all I’m saying.
