I’ve always wanted to take a very special, creative holiday picture to send to my family as my way of saying, “Thanks for all the student loan debt.” Alas, I fear that I am no Michael Bay. At least he has the means to make his ridiculous ideas happen, and the Ferraris to make Megan Fox wash. But I digress.
My biggest idea was a Christmas card of me dressed as a hunky Santa Claus, handing out puppies with bows to exotic super models. Unfortunately, if you post an ad on Craigslist for “Super Models Wanted” you will get some really freaky responses. Then I had an idea for a New Year’s party invitation that featured me dressed as a circus ringmaster while either babies or puppies were dressed as different animals around me. But I was told that takes “too much effort” and “is pretty creepy” and “borderline illegal.” Whatever.
I was happy to see that one family got it right for a special photo session, as they dressed up as zombie hunters, battling the undead in a post-apocalyptic world. And if you don’t think that’s cool, then I challenge you to look at picture No. 3 and tell me that’s not the most adorable zombie hunter you’ve ever seen.
